Welcome to the Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Highland Dancing Association (SDGHDA)
SDGHDA was founded in 1964 to promote Highland dancing throughout the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry and the surrounding area. As a not-for-profit organization, we are powered entirely by volunteers who are passionate about preserving Scottish cultural traditions and supporting our community. Our goal is to provide competitions, friendship, and sportsmanship, while encouraging the enjoyment of Highland dance.
Competitions
The next competitions for 2025 are our indoor events: October 18 and December 6.
Registration is available at https://www.sdghda.ca/registration/ .
To avoid disappointment, register as soon as possible because many of our competitions close early, when we hit the maximum registrations before the registration deadline!
2025-2026 SDGHDA Membership is open!
Your membership is greatly appreciated and provides our little association with much needed support!
